But. Yaha pr there are casting directors like Janet Ellis & SS Casting Hub ( Salman Siddhiqui) & Others Jo yaha Genuinelly Kaam kr rhe hai. ( By Providing A Refund Guarantee If nothing comes out). So Jahaa Baat Reefund Guarantee Ki Aati hai. I dont think ki Kisi ke saath Fraud ho rha hai. there are ppl, Jo CLearly Apne terms n conditions mein mention kr dete hai tht They dont provide refund policy. !!
IMyself Have More than 4000 Registered artists . I agree it openly, 10% of them are still struggling for their work. ! some are doing leads, some cameos nd some in conitnuity & Some Left Industy (BY their Will).
Fraud is happening as their is Lack Of information, ek delhimein baitha hua artist jisko kch knowledge nhi hai. who comes in contact with some casting guy (Who is claiming to be associated with dharma or YRF) etc etc nd saying ki Woh GOlmaal 4/5 bana rha hai & saying tht the artist has been finalized jiske liye usko 50/60k pay krna hoga toh (as security Deosit) nd etc and woh artist bina kch search kiye bina Proper enquiry kre Usko pay kr rha hai (yeh soch kr ki usko kaam mill gaya in movie) then PURELY WOh uss Artist ki galti hai.
Main yaha Khud Ko yaa Mere Casting Director Frnds Ko Defend krne naihi baitha hu.
I`m just saying Jo FACT Hai.
Thr re several artists who msg me daily. Ki "Sir aap kaam dila do nd Meri Puri payment rakh lo ya % Le lo" for them i Also have an answer ( Jo Ki Mere Personal 5 Yrs ke experince se based Hai)
1:_ if an artist is getting 3/5k Per day ( for a cameo shoot) toh kya 10% charge kru wch basically omes around 300/500 rs.

2:- As Per Production rules, Jab artist ko khud unka pay within the period of 45/60 days mein millne wala hai ( kch logo ko toh tab bhi nhi millta) . So what do they expect ki unke % ke liye Hum tab tak Wait kre.?
3:_ there is a THing Called ,"TRI-PARTY" contract (Offered by cetain production house. (Specially ENDEMOL)
IEg :- If an artist gets 20k (as his Payment) And the co-ordination charge is 20% (By Co ordinator) Wch basically comes around 4000 thn apparently 4000 ka alag nd rest 16,000 ka alag cheque issue hoga (But it doesnt happen everywhere)
4:- There are my artists , jin hone aaj tak mera % mujhe nhi diya nd they left mumbai by giving the excuse ( ki they`ll come aftr amonth, shaadi hai bua ki, death ho gayi dadi ki)
As far as registration is concerned then,we have a refund policy,wch All my artist know it nd also I`ve declaed it on All Social Media.

But. Yaha pr there are casting directors like Janet Ellis & SS Casting Hub ( Salman Siddhiqui) & Others Jo yaha Genuinelly Kaam kr rhe hai. ( By Providing A Refund Guarantee If nothing comes out). So Jahaa Baat Reefund Guarantee Ki Aati hai. I dont think ki Kisi ke saath Fraud ho rha hai. there are ppl, Jo CLearly Apne terms n conditions mein mention kr dete hai tht They dont provide refund policy. !!
IMyself Have More than 4000 Registered artists . I agree it openly, 10% of them are still struggling for their work. ! some are doing leads, some cameos nd some in conitnuity & Some Left Industy (BY their Will).
Fraud is happening as their is Lack Of information, ek delhimein baitha hua artist jisko kch knowledge nhi hai. who comes in contact with some casting guy (Who is claiming to be associated with dharma or YRF) etc etc nd saying ki Woh GOlmaal 4/5 bana rha hai & saying tht the artist has been finalized jiske liye usko 50/60k pay krna hoga toh (as security Deosit) nd etc and woh artist bina kch search kiye bina Proper enquiry kre Usko pay kr rha hai (yeh soch kr ki usko kaam mill gaya in movie) then PURELY WOh uss Artist ki galti hai.
Main yaha Khud Ko yaa Mere Casting Director Frnds Ko Defend krne naihi baitha hu.
I`m just saying Jo FACT Hai.
Thr re several artists who msg me daily. Ki "Sir aap kaam dila do nd Meri Puri payment rakh lo ya % Le lo" for them i Also have an answer ( Jo Ki Mere Personal 5 Yrs ke experince se based Hai)
1:_ if an artist is getting 3/5k Per day ( for a cameo shoot) toh kya 10% charge kru wch basically omes around 300/500 rs.

2:- As Per Production rules, Jab artist ko khud unka pay within the period of 45/60 days mein millne wala hai ( kch logo ko toh tab bhi nhi millta) . So what do they expect ki unke % ke liye Hum tab tak Wait kre.?
3:_ there is a THing Called ,"TRI-PARTY" contract (Offered by cetain production house. (Specially ENDEMOL)
IEg :- If an artist gets 20k (as his Payment) And the co-ordination charge is 20% (By Co ordinator) Wch basically comes around 4000 thn apparently 4000 ka alag nd rest 16,000 ka alag cheque issue hoga (But it doesnt happen everywhere)
4:- There are my artists , jin hone aaj tak mera % mujhe nhi diya nd they left mumbai by giving the excuse ( ki they`ll come aftr amonth, shaadi hai bua ki, death ho gayi dadi ki)
As far as registration is concerned then,we have a refund policy,wch All my artist know it nd also I`ve declaed it on All Social Media.
